Events manager of CAH, vlogger
Who are you, and what do you do?
I’m Trin Garritano! I’m the events manager of Cards Against Humanity, and I work for Maxistentialism, too. I do a vlog about friendship, a morning show about CAH, and a podcast about nothing. I have too many cats.
What podcasts do you listen to?
I’ve been listening to Three Moves Ahead more and more lately as I’ve finally come to realize how strong my affinity for strategy games truly is. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable guys and they are just huge, huge nerds. You may think you know all there is to know about strategy games. But you have no idea.
Throwing Shade is so distractingly hilarious, I absolutely cannot focus on anything else when I tune in. Every time I try to multitask while listening to this show, my desk is strewn with half-written emails and half-eaten burritos. I can’t think up a more accurate description than their own tagline – “Taking a weekly look at all the issues important to ladies and gays… and treating them with much less respect than they deserve.” It is progressive, snarky, feminasty, and homosensual.
If you do not listen to Welcome to Night Vale, you are just a big ol’ nasty doofus. It is perfect, almost as perfect as beautiful Carlos’s perfect hair.
ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY GLOW CLOUD.
Also I am on a podcast called ChemicalX so I should probably mention it! It’s just three ladies and a dude talkin about all kinds of geek and feminist bullshit. “Get Some Free Pizza” is considered our best episode. It’s probably because I forcefully took over the intro.
How do you listen to podcasts?
very very carefully.
